経歴

京都大学法学部に現役合格。在学中（大学4年時）に司法試験に合格。合格後、すぐには司法修習に行かず、世界中のいろいろな国に出掛けた後、司法修習に行き、修習を終えて、2004年に弁護士登録。

勤務弁護士を経て、3年経たない間に独立し、2007年、陽花法律事務所を設立。主に力を入れていた分野は、離婚や債務整理、交通事故や各種の損害賠償請求、遺産相続、中小企業の契約や事業承継など一般民事事件。

刑事事件にも積極的に取り組み、一部無罪を獲得した経験もあり。

2013年、体調が悪化してしまったため、やむなく事務所を閉鎖。

その後、10年間の弁護士経験と得意な文章作成能力を活かし、ウェブでライター業を開始し、ランサーズやクラウドワークスでの実績は1000件を超える。

得意な記事分野は、法律や不動産、労務管理（残業代、セクハラ　パワハラなど）、資産運用（株式、税務など）、債務整理、交通事故、離婚相続、不動産、企業法務。また、キャッチコピーを作るのも得意。

保有資格は、司法試験合格の他、TOEIC820点、日商簿記2級。
